Imagine sitting with your first cup of coffee at breakfast, looking out over a fantastic sunrise above Balmer See. On the table in front of you, there is island-typical sea buckthorn juice, a self-made smoothie, regional baked goods/rolls, an egg dish from our live cooking station, and a freshly prepared waffle from the breakfast buffet – enjoy this start to the day in our Panorama Restaurant in the main building.

In beautiful weather, the Panorama Restaurant is delightfully expanded – to include the wonderful sun terrace. With a fresh breeze and warm sunshine on your skin, your taste buds will be treated to sweet and savory delicacies in the afternoon. After a wonderful day, our kitchen team prepares culinary delights for your enjoyment in the evening.

Cucina Italiana - Alte Schule
The old schoolhouse of Balm has been lovingly brought back to life, allowing you to experience an unforgettable evening. Italian music plays in the background, an intense fruity scent from your wine caresses your nose, and in front of you, the freshly prepared, crispy pizza from the original Italian stone oven – enjoy la dolce vita at Balmer See.
In addition to delicious pizza, the menu also includes antipasti, insalata, pasta, secondi, and dolci, and only those who want an espresso or grappa after their meal have to stay behind for “detention.”

Our Panorama Restaurant is the culinary heart of our resort. Here you can enjoy your breakfast and our dinner as part of your half-board package. Combine the delicacies from our à la carte menu according to your taste. Even as a half-board guest, you can get to know Cucina Italiana - Alte Schule. With our Balm-Dine-Around, we ensure culinary variety and a really good feeling in your stomach thanks to the à la carte diversity of the restaurant. There are no limits to enjoyment with us – we simply charge your half-board flat rate proportionally (€30.00 on food) to your culinary delights.

Sitting on a green leather stool, with the bar menu in your left hand and leafing through it with your right, your gaze falls on the illuminated bottles and you wonder what else is hidden behind the bar? The whole moment looks like a gin-gin situation.
Because knowing that there are over 20 types of gin and other spirits for cocktails and long drinks behind the bar, and given that the evening is still young, everything points to gin.
