In beautiful weather, the Panorama Restaurant is delightfully expanded – to include the wonderful sun terrace. With a fresh breeze and warming sun rays on your skin, your palate will be treated in the afternoon with sweet and savory delicacies. After a wonderful day, our kitchen team prepares culinary delights for your enjoyment in the evening.

Cucina Italiana - Old School
The old schoolhouse of Balm has been lovingly brought back to life, allowing you to experience an unforgettable evening. Italian music plays in the background, an intense fruity scent from your wine caresses your nose, and in front of you, the freshly prepared, crispy pizza from the original Italian stone oven – enjoy la dolce vita at Lake Balmer.
On the -hour- enjoyment menu, alongside delicious pizza, you will also find Antipasti, Insalata, Pasta, Secondi, and Dolci, and only those who wish for an espresso or grappa after the meal have to "stay behind."
